My 84 year old aunt was repeatedly contacted over the course of the last few days to complete a non-disclosure agreement in relation to some shares despite her telling a Mr Lucas that she had dementia. Luckily she did not sign anything & does not have dementia! Concerning that a reputable organisation would pursue a client who potentially did not have competence to give instructions....

Such an apparently high profile company to have no reviews makes me think it must be a scam They approached me with a cold call tempting me with an inheritance I knew nothing about. There are many similar scams possibly linked by a Spanish speaking connection. My caller introduced himself as Rex Mendoza. Many apologies to Rex if he is genuine but I will not be completing the form he sent.
