Before banking or doing any business with Wells fargo, please realize they are under scrutiny by The Office of The Comptroller of Currency (OCC), for a number of different reasons. They have been ordered to pay $1 billion dollars to customers affected by their fraud. Any and all complaints especially those involving Freud should be reported to the office mentioned above. They also had to pay the federal government 3.7 billion dollars for various fraudulent practices. First of all they have created fake accounts causing Financial havoc to thousands of customers. They also will not release your funds. I strongly suggest researching them on the OCC website before considering doing any business with this corrupt cooperation. Many of their CEOs should be sitting in jail and most likely will be shortly

$1.64 for 356 days times 16 years of being your account holder this equaled a lost not covered by your institution for a scammer. Your symbol of the stagecoach and the person taking the risk to cross the dangers of land and risking the robbers to get the money to its destination wih dignity, fortitude and integrity is no longer your brand. This is why you reputation as a great and reputable financial institution is no more. My closing of my account after 16 years was a turning point and an emotional sadness of a stellar trust I had for you. The great Wells Fargo is no more.
