I am surprised by the bad reviews. It was my second time setting up a VPS, first time with another company, it was a mess. With Kamatera it was super easy.

One star is too much for these inoperatives. Totally useless, they are all problems from the beginning. Supposedly the 2 dollars that are charged to the card are returned but they never did, in fact, they want to charge me for a service that I never used.

We ran into an issue where one of our servers was flagged for potential spam activity. I wish we'd had the chance to investigate the problem ourselves first, but I understand Kamatera has an obligation to protect the integrity of their platform. Their support team worked closely with us to resolve the problem in a timely manner. We appreciate their diligence in keeping the service spam-free.

Never deal with these scam artists! Initially, they offer you a VPS server and 1 month for testing. I took the bait, registered, and spent time setting up and deploying the server. About 12 hours later, they blocked me with the following statement, I quote: "We regret to inform you that your account activation has been temporarily suspended due to an inability to approve it at this time. Our team has been diligently reviewing all accounts, and unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the approval process for your account. To resolve this matter and activate your account, we kindly request that you make a small first-time deposit. You can do this by navigating to the billing section in the console. This will enable us to expedite the approval process and grant you access to our services." The most interesting part is that I tried to pay the deposit, but my account is blocked, and I can't even do that ))) I wrote to support, but got a response that "I am forwarding your request further," and then silence. I don't understand the point of doing business this way. I strongly do not recommend this company, as you will just lose time and end up with negativity.
