    Why do i keep trying to get charged 21 dollars on my cArd, when I've never even heard of this place. Someone better contact me asap

    Their Splice app took up 30% of my Laptops CPU and made the tracks wich were working - no longer work. I approched Splice via Email to their suport team, many times as they do not have a phone number at - Splice 35 E 21st Street, 4W, New York, NY 10010 - They were slow to respond wich took about a week each time. They had 0 customer service skills, 0 technical exprtise, did not answer any of my questions and did not fix or address any of the issues. In short they do not care about their customers at all. It seems another case of customer services just pushing everything under the carpet and not doing a thing. Then they just stopped answering my emails - so I never actaully recievd any technical support - wich I need as a I have a complicated set up with hardware and software intergration acrross 280 plugins and 4 hardware devices two of wich are controllers with the 3rd party sotware intergrated to the hardware via a 3rd party software. In Short Maschine MK3, IK Multimedia Stomp I/O, Focusrite Scarlet sound card and an Akia MPK, and using preset magician to put the 3rd party Non Native Instuments sofware onto the Maschine Mk3 Hardware. Also I am nearing completion of an Album wich I have been working on for releace - This whole issue is costing me about a month so far and I have still not had anything of use back from them. They are only interested in the money - they do not really care about their customers. They sould really just make thier app work effeciently - Obviously a case of bad programming and a laxck of invsetment and care on thier side. I feel lyed to - The sales of goods act does say the product must be working, Well it does not - And if any of you have a slightly slow computer anything under an i5 - don't waist your money it just won't work enough to be usefull with the soundcard splittering at you and the Chip allmost overheating. Nice idea needs allot better programming and a company that cares about the user experience. Very unhappy customer - I have just payed a lot of money and waisted time. Nothing else has been gained from the experience appart from fustration from thier support team. Really really Bad - really bad
