Little Spoon

I accidentally ordered a plan and immediately contacted customer service to cancel. They refused to cancel my order and I was charged for an order I didn't mean to place and did not want.

Little spoon has terrible customer service and makes it very difficult for you to unsubscribe/cancel subscription. Id used little spoon previously with my baby and she took to about half the selections. In my opinion, its not worth it for the cost. I hadnt received food for months because I cancelled all future orders. Unknowingly, they claim I did not cancel the subscription altogether. BEWARE! Make sure to cancel the subscription and not just the future orders. They make it difficult to cancel on there website also. Now Im stuck with $150 worth of food that my not toddler doesnt need. What a waste! I contacted customer service right away and the food is still in box which I placed in fridge right away. Complete SCAM. Would not recommend at all.

Not only does my baby love all of her Little Spoon pures weve tried, they have PHENOMENAL customer service! My recent order had some damages while in transit. This was only our 3rd order from them. I reached out to Little Spoon and got a response within 20 minutes! I was not expecting my issue to be handled so quickly and so professionally, only because of what I have had to deal with when it comes to other companies. I would absolutely recommend trying them for your little one. I am not one to be easily impressed by any companies and Little Spoon honestly has blown me away. Awesome. Thank you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Deceptive, terrible company. No customer service whatsoever. Difficult to cancel plan and will charge you even if you ask them to cancel and delete account. Stay far away.

very disappointing! order was modified so did not receive the selection i was expecting, toddler wasnt into the few plates we tried, customer service refused to return/exchange/refund, ended up tossing most of order. also A LOT of plastic not sure how this is sustainable?
