        My husband was born and raised in Northern Italy in the region where piadina is from and piadina was a staple in his house growing up and was eaten often. When he relocated to the USA, piadina was nonexistent here, unless he made it from scratch. My husband is delighted that I found Fresco Piada and is now able to enjoy piadina whenever he desires.
