Jesus. I waited so long for an appointment here. For something emergent, and requiring immediate attention, and taking a toll on me daily, hourly. Panic attacks so bad i literally think and wholeheartedly believe I AM dying or in the process of dying. So much that i get anxiety about the severity of my anxiety. I held out hope that this place would do something other than push ssri and snri which can be like a month to even see if it might help . I was not listened to. I was given options that i made very clear were not options in my case and this was met with just cold indifference. This really was like the last house on the left for me. This was the fizzled out death of the last shred of hope I had at healing these insane panic attacks, severe anxiety, and ptsd following the traumatic death of my fianc. Instead, I feel looked down on, ignored, disregarded, disrespected, and neglected. I wouldn't let anyone i care about contact them, as you're honestly better off not seeking treatment, than getting your hopes up only to be disregarded and neglected. I'm done trying to get "help". And, Dr. Rippey, i really don't know you well enough to say much, but i do hope that at some point before you die, you have the pleasure to experience reality splintering panic attacks and have your provider shrug their shoulders and leave you to it. Just to experience the heartbreak, panic, hopelessness, anxiety, and worthlessness that I feel I've been dished out.
