        I love the store and the products but the personel is rude and obnoxious. I showed up at the Long Island City store at 7:45pm and the door was locked. I knocked and the sales person ignored me. Another 2 people came at the same time and we all looked at our watches and it was not 8pm. I knew what i wanted to get so it would have taken 5 min. You lost a few sales. I dont know how this is acceptable to anyone running a business.
