Pathetic is one word I would describe them with. They cheat with money paid, do not respond to your calls or emails and rob money even without giving any services. I would give a negative rating if possible.

I would give -10 stars if I could. I came here to apply for visa and woman from counter 5, black lady with short blond hair, threatened to kick me out and call the security just for asking a question. She said "get out" rudely just for asking simple questions about VFS Global website and she didn't know the answer. Very rude, unprofessional and aggressive woman. Same attitude was given by the middle age Indian woman next to her at the counter #6. She was rude and unhelpful. I was frustrated and upset trying to get answer to my question when Riya from counter #10 approached to help me. I was so grateful that VFS has such a kind and attentive worker, just a beautiful soul. She helped me with my situation and took great care of me. Thank you so much lovely Riya for saving my day. For the VFS management :it's a shame you have such unprofessional and abusive workers like above mentioned 2 women and I hope you take disciplinary actions against them.
