        They dont even deserve one star. Our flight was cancelled and they refused to assist because we needed to speak with the airline directly but the airline wouldnt make any adjustments because we needed to speak with hopper. Long story short Hopper promised us a full refund but are now saying its not guaranteed (after we purchased new tickets since we were getting refunded)! DO NOT USE THEM.a BBB complaint was already filed.

        I have used this in the past and been fine, recently they have eliminated customer service unless you pay for VIP support. It is only possible to chat message, and no one is helpful. We have been waiting over 10 hours to get a minimal response. I am going to have to book another flight, eat the cost of it because of this lack of support. There is no email support, No more phone support. Only chat that must be paid for and is useless. Save your sanity and DO NOT USE THIS APP!
