        Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a gift online and the recipient never got it. A snotty customer representative told me I would have to wait until they found it. I said just ship another item. They said no. I would have to let them find the lost item even though I paid for it already. Unbelievably poor customer service.

        Horrible! Since zero stars not available! They held retuned item for over month and took multiple follow ups for them to issue refund! In addition they charge sales tax on items exempt from tax in NJ when asked they couldnt give me answer why, simply stated: we just do. Im reporting to NJ division of taxation. Since the sale of the company to MK its been pretty bad experience. Sticking with other designers instead.
