I've been a member here for a long time. This past year however has been a true trial in getting logged in. This week we're dealing with the same issue. It doesn't like the password, even though I know for a fact it is the one that was established. You request a password reset, it never comes. You get online to them and leave a support ticket. Instead of calling you, hours later you receive an email from a support rep saying they sent another password reset. It never arrives. You go back to their site and enter another ticket. It is almost like they don't give a damn whether you can get on their site. Shame. This used to be the best online training around. Now it just appears to be a less than honest business that takes your money and provides no service. Update - I've lowered this to one star. The "support" rep keeps insisting in email that I have blocked them in email. I keep asking them how they think I'm receiving emails if they are blocked to which they just don't answer. I finally sent them a copy of my blocked list to prove they weren't on it. The rep sends back a response that they have gone against policy and changed my password for me. Gee, thanks for giving me access to the site I pay an annual subscription to access! First thing I did was set the account to not renew. Sometimes a company that doesn't listen or care about their customer base has to go. Just ask Mongomery Ward, Spiegel, Sears, etc....

I tried to cancel my subscription and wasnt able to so I sent them a message the day my subscription was supposed to renew and havent heard back - its been over a week and there is no number to call?!

Crooks. They don't send auto renewal notices, as required by federal law.

Absolutely the worst. Be aware and stay away from these guys. Under no circumstance should you subscribe with Codeacademy. They have vampire billed me twice now for a year subscription ($237 each time) and have no customer service other than an email.
