I run multi physician practice in a busy metropolitan neighborhood of New York. We have to deal with a very complex payers mix which was a daunting challenge for me and other providers until Ms. Sitora Alexander took over the charge. I was very impressed the way she built a work flow for physicians training and background check, verify licensure and history of their employment. That built a foundation for rapid submission of multiple forms required by payers and day to day communication with them. Ms. Alexander also took initiative to interface all providers profiles with the Coalition for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH). These steps plus her highly organized personality with superior work ethics are the backbone of our efficient and smooth practice. In addition, we had a huge problem with some of the payers who had closed provider enrollments and refused to issue contracts. The credit goes to Ms. Alexander for getting all the contracts and helped expand practice substantially. Small businesses depend on regular cash flow and credentialling does not expire for any of the providers. Essentially, a medical practice cant function without effective credentialling and I highly recommend Ms. Sitora Alexander for providers and practice credentialling process.
