We understand it may feel unfair, but if you consider the fact that Lingo Tours lost a lot more than 15% on the travelers behalf for that tour due to covid-19. We offered this group a higher refund over a longer period to allow us to collect supplier refunds to pass on to the travelers, but a parent of a traveler made a case with the attorney and the ruling was a fast 85% refund. The pandemic doesn't provide special conditions from our suppliers point of view, most of them are companies without any governmental help or bailout packages. Some went into bankruptcy and the payments were lost. That loss we picked up on your behalf. There are no winners in a global pandemic unfortunately.
