        I think the roku company is over charging me 4 payments was taken out of my account in June I emailed a company with the amounts that was taken out I never got a response back. The service roku have is very poor service and communication on responding back

        The customer service is nonexistent. You cannot get anyone to help. The website doesn't answer every issue that comes up. I am going to switch to Apple TV.

        That they have no customer service available just community support which has nothing is unacceptable for a business. I am now thinking of changing all my Rokus to Amazon sticks. At least with Amazon you can get a human being on the phone. My Roku is talking I dont want it to and there is no way to shut it up. It is the most annoying thing I have ever experienced.
