        Disgusting customer service, Called 5 times. First time speaking to an agent, got disconnected for some reason. It happens, but called another 4 times and got nowhere just automatic transfers and call gets disconnected.

        My interaction with my agent, Norma C., is always pleasant and helpful. Norma knows how to communicate with her customers. The company's customer service procedures, however, leave a lot to be desired, which is why I did not give 5 stars. Every time a "concierge" tells me they are passing a note to my agent, what they really do is put a note in my file. If the agent does not look in the file (why would she randomly do so) she never gets the message. That explains why it takes 2 weeks for me to hear back. I'll call my agent's direct number in the future.
