Rebecca Minkoff

Zero stars. After numerous attempts to cancel an order without any replies from Rebecca Minkoff we refused the UPS delivery of the purse and it was returned to Rebecca Minkoff. After numerous additional attempts to call and email we finally received an email acknowledging the purse had been returned but we never received the credit so they now have $348 of my money. In the email they also noted they can't call me since their phone system is down. I will never order from them again.

Ugh - wished I had seen these bad reviews especially when it comes to returns. SOOO FRUSTRATING!! As someone said, buy these products from a reputable apparel business! Still waiting after 3 weeks for a shipping label with which to return a bag. At least 5-6 emails and calls so far (and tried the corporate phone numbers which surprise, didn't connect or had a busy signal) I got one response with "It was sent to your email.." to which I say, "THANKS, IF IT WERE THERE I WOULDN"T BE WASTING MY TIME EMAILING AND CALLNG YOU ALL!!" and now, just SEND IT! Somewhere it said it should have been in the box too. NOPE. Guhh.

Worst customer service I can remember. I called the 800 number 3 times left voicemails with no response only to have them finally return an email and tell me.i was outside my return window

I have been experiencing the same thing and I waited weeks at least 2 weeks for my purchase I received an email that it had been delivered and I never received my package, I emailed the company I never received a response back I also called the number on the site and it constantly had a busy signal this is completely insane and unacceptable
