Please beware ordering from this company. I placed an order to rent Christian Louboutin Python peep toe shoes on July 7 for a party occurring onAug 5. I had to verify my identity in order to rent. I found it strange that I never received any confirmation email regarding my order, but I could still look it up on the website and my credit card had been charged. Item was supposed to be delivered on Aug 4. It did not show up and I emailed the company - no response. The website claims there is chat support - the chat support bubble does not appear. I also attempted to contact the company via Instagram - no response there either. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and sincerely hope I can have my personal details removed from this website since I was charged immediately for a service/merchandise that was never provided.

I have been using Stylelend for the last few years and love it! This is a great idea - you can rent out your closet and also borrow from the closets of some very fashionable women! It allows me to try out new styles, save money (the rental prices here are cheaper than rent the runway) and earn money. How can you argue with a triple win? The CEO, Lona Alia, is very responsive and all my experiences have been terrific. I would highly encourage anyone reading this to try out the app.
