This company is a scam. They play a shell game with your money to make you think you're getting a deal, when in fact they are fleecing you. I paid them $9,717 to them 6 months ago, and they still refuse to sent me an itemized receipt to tell me where the money is supposed to have gone They told me that my package was an "all inclusive 1 payment for all services" and then I started receiving additional bills from the clinic, at which time I was told by progyny that those are special "non covered" services. Our first round of IVF using Progyny cost $22,000.. we decided to deal directly with the same clinic for round 2, and that cost us only $16,000. They have now also cost me $1,900 on my taxes because I can't provide the CRA with proof of services. They sent one of our perceptions to the wrong city. They didn't give us enough meds to cover a long weekend. They "accidently" disabled our account TWICE during the process, causing our clinic to refuse service due to inactivity insurance. They didn't talk directly with our clinic, we were expected to get documents from one place, and forward them to the other place, often the clinic had no idea what the documents were that were being requested. I spent hours on the phone and reams of emails trying to coordinate between the two entities with flub up after flub up by progyny. I could write 5 pages describing the amount of screw ups and lies along the way, but all it does it makes me angry, so I'll skip that. They took a very very hard time in our lives and make it significantly more painful. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. RUN, DON'T WALK!!!

I called to ask about my benefits and I am so grateful for how much time Shannon spent talking me through everything. At the end of the call I was in tears because the benefits cover SO much and is making this process affordable for us. Something that seemed so far away is now happening next month! I am looking forward to this journey and am so thankful to have Progyny on my side helping me through it all!

I'll start by saying that we have tried to contact Progyny about this privately for 2 months, but they have failed to respond appropriately, so we feel the need to warn potential patients publicly to stay away. One of their "Patient Care Advocates" has been caught posting antisemitic and anti-woman content on his public social media channels, as well as directly private-messaging women who have vocally opposed antisemitism, telling them "they make it so easy" to target them. This issue, including screenshots for proof, was politely brought to Progyny's attention by 3 different women on multiple occasions, over the course of almost 2 months, via both email and Instagram DM. Again, for two months, Progyny was given the grace of women contacting them PRIVATELY about this, so as not to hurt their business, but after all the emails and messages went ignored (they have been confirmed received AND opened/read by their team), we've no choice but to warn women publicly to stay away. The only single response any of us received was ONE single generic "Thank you for bringing this to our attention" email. Only one of us. The idea of a woman reaching out to Progyny for reproductive care, only to have this individual end up as their point-person, is terrifying. This man has no business playing any kind of role in treating, caring for, or advocating for women, especially Jewish women, at such a vulnerable time in their lives.
