        Double billed me and then offered refund if I would accept electronic refund which turned out to be attempt to place their apps on my computer. Fortunately, I stopped their actions but still no refund and no legitimate response.

        Horrible service! Called for support and was passed around with no resolution. Very time consuming, inefficient and stressful. I was a good customer, but from now on will always book directly with the airline!

        Very bad feed back you talk with robot not understanding any simple questions. There is no free call no WhatsApp to reach them. I struggle to correct my last name for over a month with out result and they are lire they say we trying to reach you but they never call or call back.
