    Never buy from this company. My unit is still under warranty and has been broken for weeks now. Customer service keeps telling me more testing is needed, all they do is prime the bed once a day hoping the problem resolves itself. I'm pretty sure they are just putting me off until my unit is no longer under warranty. I spent over $2k and my unit is broken. Please find a better company with better customer support.

    The responsiveness of SALES over email is not good. Also they dont seem to know all of the intricacies of the membership. I wonder what the responsiveness of SUPPORT will be like after youve taken most of the money. Considering so many posts online explain that the cover leaks or the tower breaks. Was also told they expect the product to be good for 5 years but only stand by a 2 year warranty. Yikes. Great concept, poorly operated go-to-market.

    What an incredible product, and an even more incredible company! The Eight Sleep pod has provided a truly amazing sleep quality -- keeping me cool and comfortable all year long -- and allowing me to achieve more deep sleep because I am not waking up in a sweat in the middle of the night. It has resulted in lower energy costs because I do not need the AC running full blast in the summer to keep me cool. Even when I stay at lovely hotels during travel, the sleep quality is never even close to when I sleep at home with this product. Morever, I recently had a leak in the cover. I called client service -- they immediately explained what I needed to do, and within a day, they responded that they would replace the entire unit, free of charge! Even better, because they were out of my model, they provided me the most recent one without any additional cost. This company takes it customer's happiness so seriously -- I cannot recommend Eight Sleep enough - a revolutionary product with revolutionary customer service! P.S. - I have literally never written a google review (or at least that I can recall) -- so it says a lot about Eight Sleep that I am doing so here.
