Canary

I have owned several cameras covering 2 homes for years (since 2016). However I have been watching the services once offered slowly disappear. I am at the point where the "free" offerings are completely worthless... Corporate greed... moving to Wyze where at least the free offerings give you a video clip for 5 seconds.

Canary customer service is the worst - unresponsive and robotic. I do not recommend their product for this reason.

Planning to dump my Canary products in favor of faster service, better equipment, dependable security and devices. Canary has become a joke.

We have owned 4 Canary cameras for years. Now suddenly they changed their policies and unless you upgrade for $100 a year, you no longer get many features such as timeline. I received several emails about upgrading which stated you get a $100 Visa card with an upgrade. Thinking that negated the fee for the first year, I signed up. However, it was not clear that this was only for one camera. Secondly it has been 7 weeks and I have still not received my Visa card. I have emailed support several times but all I get is a response saying they will get back to me in 1-3 business days. They have not gotten back to me in over 2 weeks. If I try to email again I get the same message. There is no phone number to call so it is virtually impossible to contact them. Ive never heard of a company changing their product services after you purchase them. They have made the cameras virtually useless.
