Victoria's Secret Corporate Office

I just wanted to send a huge shout out to Sheila who helped me in customer service over the phone today. She was able to go above and beyond for me, no questions asked, and I wanted to give her a proper thank you. I was so scared to call because I thought my order was gone, just disappeared. Sheila made the replacement easy, she was extremely and sincerely empathetic, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Thank you, Victorias Secret, for caring enough to hire wonderful employees like Shelia in your United States customer service office.

Cant get an emailed e-gift card for returned merchandise. Keep getting referred to different numbers to call, and unattended email addresses. Customer Service representatives are nice. They cant provide what the corporation wont fix.

Store manager of lynnhaven mall is the worst. Customer service none. Won't shop there any more. Not worth the aggravation.

The website doesn't allow wishlist or chat anymore. Their IT needs a revamp. Theyll be losing a lot of money this holidays season. Not worth the hassle

Yesterday I was disgusted with the experience and the services I received on behalf of Victorias Secret from Comenity Bank representative if thats what you want to call them. This person was disrespectful unprofessional rude, showed no dignity within the company show. No type of respect for myself as a person or a customer. I was completely disgusted with the way that this person spoke with me. I wouldnt talk to a dog this way. I am disgusted with the service that was provided to say that this was as he said a recorded line he spoke about his personal experiences with people what he does and doesnt like as if we were friends or I owed him money, I would never consider recommending anyone not even a dog to get an account with Victorias Secret as long as they have people like the one I dealt with yesterday from Comenity Bank to handle anything on their behalf . This was a horrible experience. It left me feeling as if I was not valued or appreciated as a customer, especially not a valued customer. I do not understand how you guys have people like this representing you to even try to encourage people to pay on the accounts to increase the amounts or even keep their account open to continue to shop with Victorias Secret, this was the worst experience I have ever inquired and tremendously disappointed, and disgusted disappointed, and disgusted with the service and Victorias Secret with Comenity Bank
