I made a purchase in New York at Macys, I called customer service about returning it they told me to take it to any Macys I did that and was told I could not do that I had yo return to the store I bought due to the fact it was a Louis Vuitton. I then called the store they sent me a label I shipped ot back they received it the next day. They kept my return in the back room for 2 weeks if not more before returning it. I had to call corporate to get it returned. The sales associate who notified me was horrible, very nasty to me and then blocked me on her phone when I tried to ask her about the charges they kept. I reached out to corporate to file a complaint and know one has called me back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I do not usually write reviews but I'm disappointed with the extremely bad customer services Macy provides. I will not be buying from Macy's.

I do not know what happened to Macys' customer service. It has totally disappeared. You are either connected to someone who does not speak or understand the English language or you are connected to a person with an IQ of minus 2! I have always loved Macys but as hard as I try I am losing my patience. Can I please have the "old" Macys back!!!!!
