        Amazon customer service representatives are misleading and misguiding customers in many ways: 1. They tell you not to return the contaminated item and later make you pay for it. 2. Amazon no longer provide quality products as it is replacing them with products of cheap material from China 3. Amazon customer service representative have the poorest knowledge, elementary level of English language as they are mostly from India. 4.Amazon censors the voice of truth and closes its eyes to its employees faults and mistakes for which customers have to pay. 5. Just because Amazon has the $$$power does mot mean it is unresolvable. 6.Once you pause membership or cancel it, you will be crashed for it 7. Its employees use no common sense, only black and white judgement!!!
