    I've been waiting for my refund for an eligible cancellation for almost a month and it is so hard to get customer service. I've sent emails and feedback and still no response. I am eligible for my refund because I cancelled the application after an hour when I realized I made a mistake. Please please help me get in touch with anyone from VSF. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars for this bad service

    I use to work for VFS France and UK and the management team is very incompetent. When I worked at UK department they lost 3 passports because management did not organize our move properly. Working in France the management are not organized and doesnt know the correct policy. A traveler missed his travel date because the manager who has to QC all applications missed that the application was missing A signature so the application was rejected. In the Nigeria department A passport was sent to the wrong client because the manager who shipped it was so high on drugs she shipped the passport of one application to another applicants address. In the UK there was 3 passports that went missing and they reimbursed the clients and had them sign an agreement not to sue but only 2 clients signed it the other May sue and she deserves compensation because all documents are mishandled. I even notified managers about passport mishandling and she never even wrote the person up because they get along. I was singled out for speaking up though. When we as submission officers speak up we get black balled. So I am sorry to all customers old and new but this company needs A better management team and HR. They are all friends and they back each other up. The company can be great with better management and HR teams. Your passports will continue to be lost so beware.

    UPDATE it is now end of September and still nothing. VFS is not responding to any emails/calls, I have contacted UKVI via paid email and they said that they can escalate the case after 7 weeks have passed. So the application was never "put in front of all others" as promised by VFS. Waste of money, will be asking for a refund for the gold package. Missed 2 work trips because of this. --- I was scheduled for Friday, rescheduled work meetins only to go there and find out that they are moving and I have to come on Monday now. no notification, nothing and that is with a gold package. Still 2 trips and 6 hours of waiting later I'm out 4 thousand dollars (2 k for the visa that I was supposed to get in 24-48 hours and still nothing after weeks) +2k tickets and hotel that I lost. Plus I have no idea when I will get my passport back and it is likely I will need to cancel my other trip that's is coming up shortly. Horrible experience.
