They review these documents, and during that time, you cannot access your funds. Every time they review your documents for SEVERAL WORKING days. Then comes the response that the document you sent does not meet their requirements for some fabricated reason. And it all starts over again. And even their support service won't help you. This is all a stage you have to go through. I still can't withdraw my money from them so I never have to deal with them again because my funds are blocked. Send the original solution which I have already said cannot be done and still requesting the same documents that have already been sent It took a long time to get a response each time. The contact phone number is not usable. Emails also took a long time to be answered. Just solving security questions is this difficult. And I don't know if my problem will be solved.
