JPMorgan Chase Headquarters – Under Construction

Your "special teams" in your fraud department are hanging up on me every time I call and are putting my account on restriction due to a check "POSSIBLY" being a fraudulent check when I felt it was ok as it needed to be signed for and I called the issuing bank the next day and they verified the information but they said until they had it they would not be able to say for sure. Well the agent in the "special teams" told me that he compared it to others like it and it was not like the rest they had yet they still placed a restriction on my account. The check was to my cousin to purchase a tv and couch set. Back in may the app had a glitch on deposited a check made out to my friend and we were checking to see when the availablity of funds would be available if I were to deposit it for her as she needed the money right away. Well they weren't going to be available so we cancelled the deposit only to find out the next day that it was pending in my account. Well I had to wait until the following day to call as it was Sunday that I noticed. After talking to customer service telling them the check was not suppose to be deposited because we cancelled the deposit and also informed them the check was cashed elsewhere as well they reassured me that they were going to take care of it and I had nothing to worry about and that since it was not signed over to me or had ANY signatures on it that it would be rejected. They also thanked me for being such an honest customer about the situation as they never had anyone come to them like I did. To be safe I called the issuing bank her paycheck came from and informed them of the situation and also informed them the check was cashed elsewhere as well. Well they processed it. I then called again telling them to reverse the funds and that they shouldn't have processed it they said they will take care of it and I had nothing to worry about. Well thinking everything was handled since I was never contacted I went on about my life only to have them come 4 months later and take the money out of my account just before this current situation with the $4300 check. Now before these someone called the bank pretending to be me and disputed numerous transactions then contacted me to try to get me to send them the money they had reversed back into my account which I already figured out right away that they were trying to steal my money. After fixing that there was a password added to my account that I would be asked to give any time I called the bank. Well the incidents above that happened after this not one time was I asked for that password. Want to know how good your fraud department really is, I had my neighbor call regarding the incident that put a restriction on my account acting like she was me and even giving them reason to think it was not me and they never caught on it was not me. They talked to her like she was me even giving her information they should only give me.

Horrible customer service- wait times are beyond whats stated and very unprofessional people do not bank here or anywhere where u cannot get CUSTOMER SERVICE DUHHHH read the other reviews!!!!!
