        Very nice building and staff

        Lived here for 4 years before moving out of state. The staff are the most professional and friendly people led by a top-notch building manager (Mr. Knox). The amenities (lap pool, huge jacuzzi, sauna, squash court) in the gym below are unlike anything else you can find in NYC. Highly recommend if youre looking to be near midtown but also enjoy a quieter neighborhood feel.

        The guy downstairs is a very bad person. I usually deliver there and he always treats me badly. I don't know what happens to him, but he's not a good person.

        windows are not sealed tight such that you get a lot of noise and wind. Also, the door isn't closed flush so you hear the drift and noise.
