        In my eight years of living in the city, I have moved around a handful of times and nothing can compare to this apartment as it is truly the best one I've lived in. It really has it all! Large and very spacious, lots of sunlight comes through the windows and outstanding views.

      • The Real NYC

        Moved into this building in 2019 before Covid rent is now $3000.00 a month we personally pay. The apartment is rented as a privatized apartment at market rate rent. I am guessing the other apartment buildings are Federalized/rent controlled apartments based on income so most Project tenants have moved otherwise they would just pay $1.00 to $100.00 per month for rent.
