This building is magic and everyone involved in it from the developer to a support team is simply phenomenal! A special thanks to Dennis Franca - cant explain how much he has done for everyone, both possible and impossible. Im a real estate agent who has sold a few apartments in HILLROSE28 and everyone praised this building and Dennis! Thank you! Simply AMAZING!

Kips Bay. This 43-unit boutique-sized building, located a 5-minute walk from the 28 station of subway line 6, has sold out all but five residences in two years. This Kips Bay area actually didn't get much attention, but with the boom in NoMad and Flatiron, buildings are slowly going up here too. Since it is usually difficult to see the units again once the building is sold, I went there in a hurry. You have to look at a lot of houses. What made me look forward to it from the beginning was that it was very smooth when pushing the entrances revolving door. Overall, the apartment itself is not large or has high ceilings, but I felt that they paid attention to details overall, such as the Juliet balcony in the living room, utility/laundry room next to the kitchen, vented hood, food disposal, heated floor in the bathroom, etc. Yes. One thing that was disappointing was that the additional facilities were insufficient. There was only a rooftop, a small gym, and a lounge. This building was built targeting working professionals and couples. But overall, the overall feel and quality were good. It was a building worth considering. thank you
