        Visited the Flatiron House! Right on busy 23rd street between 5th and 6th ave across from the famous Home Depot building. Boutique size of 44 units divided into two different towers, north and south. Common charges and taxes are higher for the size and amenities offered. Very convenient location on 23rd closer to Madison square park, union square, NoMad, and many transportation options available. About half sold right now and is move in condition. COOKFOX is the architect on the record. They are known for environmentally conscious design and this building isnt an exception. The mini garden is offered right on your window that are self watered! Super cool. I have never seen this before. I liked the finishes. Def worth checking out and expect to pay premium for this building. And 4 self serviced parking spot is also available for 400k!
