        Just an extremely nice place to live. Fresh and new, beautiful interior design, smells nice, super friendly doormen and staffs. Also fun surroundings, yet located in one of the safest areas in Manhattan. I moved in when the buildings still furnishing, already stayed here for 2 years, hope to stay even longer because its that nice.

        Another Paris Forino interior building! She s been on a role here in the city. Her finishes are typically warm, and welcoming. I def like her interior! Units are on smaller side. This building is for young professionals and students. Low amenities. On a higher price point for this area but as the name suggests, the VU is great starting 20th floor! Recommended.
