I had the pleasure to stay here as a guest for two weeks with my friends. They had raved about the building amenities and building team for a while and they were absolutely right. Not to mention its a beautiful structure with the staggered apartments on top! Supposed to look like a cloud resting on the building...trippy. What an experience . Also the friendliness of the staff is something to note.

Just moved to the West Side. Quirky building feels like living in a Google office, bright colors and shapes everywhere(see pic). Otto and Freddie are nice doormen.

The FAR west side needs a subway to get us back to Manhattan! It's windy and cold and nothing to do here! ..! Buses are few and far between! 11th avenue going from 14th st. up to W 72nd street... Yes !

Purchased a condo apartment here last summer 2022. Brand new building with too many amenities to count. Building staff are young and nice. Still a undiscovered gem of a neighbourhood, has a very local feel, just a block away on 10th avenue are local supermarkets, delis, and local restaurants, not yet taken over by retail chains and big box stores as in the rest of Manhattan.

"The West is a human-scaled, environmentally conscious hub of vibrant neighborhood life" Got yelled at for sitting on their bench after running a 5k, despite there being no one else sitting on the benches. So vibrant!
