        The building's first impression is stunning! The lobby's spaciousness gives off a Miami-esque feel, and the doormen and concierge are incredibly welcoming and upbeat. The convenience of the dog park within the premises is a game-changer for me as a pet owner. Working from home is made better with the available office center, and having a tennis court onsite is a fantastic bonusno need to spend $250 an hour for a game in Manhattan. Overall, it's a definite 5-star experience!
