Exceptional quality and service with Kadim who was professional, kind and helpful and and went the extra mile to deliver quality results. I had several last minute projects that needed to be done quickly and we had edits on our side - he was incredibly patient and his work quality was excellent. Im very dissatisfied with the service I received at this store. The first time when the staff printed my 424-page coop board application, the majority of the pages came out blank. The staff realized it right away when they put them into a binder and quickly reprinted it and told me the issue was fixed. I trusted them and didnt check every single page of the document. It turned out to be a costly mistake. After I submitted the document in the binder to the coop board on behalf of my client, the board rejected the application because they found out many pages in the document were just blank. This is a very disappointing and costly experience with ABC imaging. I've provided my feedback via email last month but so far I have received no response.
