I had a great experience. Both cleaners (they sent two in my case, working in parallel for 90mins each, for 3 man-hours total) were professional and thorough. The provided service in my (empty) 2-bed room included (1) a bathroom deep-clean, (2) a kitchen sink+stove deep-clean, (3) wipe-down of all cupboards, (4) mirror cleaning, (5) window sill wipe-down, (6) floor sweep + mopping. Good price/performance in my view (I bought via Groupon).

Let me start by saying that Vera, the lady who cleaned our apartment did a fenomenal job and was very nice. This is review has nothing to do with her or her service.
I'd give 0 starts if possible to this business, the women who we talked to was INCREDIBLY rude. She never gave us her name even after we asked for, I even had a call with her where she refused to give me her name.
She said stuff like "if we do not receive the name on your voucher your booking will be cancelled no jokes here." (yes, I'm quoting).
Overall, if you're desperate for a cleaning they have good deals on groupon but if you can, avoid the headache and book another service instead of wasting your time fighting with this lady. Service: Cleaning

Specialized in green cleaning, Paulette brings all her own supplies, and you can feel confident that she's made every effort to leave your home spotless without unnecessary and harmful chemicals. As the granddaughter of a housecleaner, it took me many years to break down and hire one. Paulette is the first one I have felt comfortable retaining without any guilt, as she treats me like a family member and dear friend, and pays extra special attention to our 5-year-old son's room.
