The people you'll meet here, this goes double for the partners, are more qualified to work as used car salesmen than as any type of professional they claim to be. This is a staff aug/ sweat shop plain and simple. They will work you to the bone and then complain you're not doing more. Most of the good reviews on Glassdoor are added by associates who are forced to do it to hide the truth (read past the first 4 or 5 reviews and see the truth).
And if you still have any lingering doubts about joining this firm, maybe the extra 5-10k they're throwing your way, just know that their so called "Resource Manager" is a former theater major with absolutely ZERO experience in consulting or finance and for an office of several hundred he is the ONLY one for staffing. So yeah good luck Crapco, you're gonna need it....
