Be careful of what you order. I bought all my bathroom plumbing parts from this store, was told everything except one item was in stock, and said item would need to be researched and pulled from another store which would cost extra. I said ok because I needed the products. Well the researched product came in 2 days. But another item (which I was told was in stock) was put on back order. on 1/24 I was told it would ship on 2/17, today I find out it won't ship until 3/30. Honesty and transparency are not this stores strong suit. Could have made adjustments if they had be truthful about lead times. Also a lot of item's are less expensive on Home Depot's page...even with my contractor's "discount." (same model number and everything).

I worked with Shiv at Kohler and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to find alternatives and discussed options that fit my aesthetic and budget, which I truly appreciated!

Showroom is beautiful. It's so helpful to be able to see and touch the products and to compare them. The salespeople are helpful and well informed. Shih was terrific in clarifying a lot of our options. I went through several iterations of my plan - Lorel was so patient. When she was not available, Tiara jumped in to answer questions, and Joseph addressed our last questions and closed the deal for us! It's a good team. I highly recommend going to the Kohler Experience. Don't waste time and braincells online.

I really appreciated the attention I received from Joseph. He was patient and helpful, even though I wasn't ordering my fixtures from him (because they are for a renovation out of state). He gave me all the information I needed for my builder to place the order.
