I hired Paula to do my 2021 taxes and she did a decent job so I reached out to her again in February about doing my 2022 return. She agreed so I promptly sent her all my documents. A few months of silence passed so I followed up. She claimed she'd never received my documents so I re-sent them and again she went quiet. I followed up again and she said she was sorting through my info. This was on May 3rd, well past the IRS's deadline for submission. It was the last I heard from her. To this day she has not responded to my last three inquiries and I've had to go to another accountant to get an extension and bail me out. To say the least, her performance was unprofessional and negligent. Beware!
