Worst experience ever from chase they really dont know what theyre doing at this location so unprofessional. I was going from citi bank to chase but Ill stay with citi bank. I closed my account in less than a week thats how bad it was.

Excellent costumer service. Great staff. Quick. Welcoming. Usually has water for costumers waiting in line (as far as I know other Banks around don't have that which is highly needed in the NY heat).

This bank is an absolute joke. Every time I go for help I get left waiting a minimum of 30 minutes, whether there are people infront of me waiting or not. I was there recently and Rosalie the bank manager walked by four of us waiting to be seen and proceeded to walk into her office and take a personal call from her friend about heading to the beach which was heard by all of us waiting. After my fourth visit to be seen and having to leave because each visit took over an hour overall and my issues were never solved Im leaving this bank, I told them I would have to leave if they couldnt help me get my banking online back up and running but they told me that they wished they had better news but for some unexplainable reason I would never be able to use banking online again and they wouldnt open me a new account to help it
