Bar was a wonderful help with the apartment search, and application process. He was always responsive and resourceful. Within a week of beginning the apartment hunt my roommates and I had the keys to our apartment, and we are beyond happy. Nolita group was the backbone of our apartment search, and despite the happiness we feel towards our current apartment, we cant wait to move again so we can work together with Bar and Nolita group.

It was so delightful working with Bar! He was an efficient communicator, professional, and very kind.
