Living here since May and love how quiet the building is, love the layout/finishes, and the residents of the building. The washer & dryer in unit doesn't hurt either. Not having a doorman doesn't bother me either like i thought it would.

Current Tenant: 3 Star Experience at best, 2 stars when you consider price. Pros: 1. Okay/Good Area in terms of bars and restaurants (10 min walk) 2. Very quiet, not much noise bleed from the street 3. Secure Building / Safe Area Cons: 1. Absolutely horrible mailroom situation. Mailroom has ZERO order to it-- it's just a room with packages placed on the floor and you have to find yours. Really bad. 2. The security system is so overdone that it does more to annoy tenants than keep you safe. You have to literally scan your keycard 5-6 times from the front door to the door of your unit (front door, second door, elevator from outside, elevator from inside, then your apartment door). This means you ALWAYS have to go down if you order uber eats. They can't get up. So annoying! 3. No doorman. Locked out of your apartment? Good luck! 4. Outsourced apartment management. Have a problem? have to call. 5. Unresponsive Management / Lack of accountability: I have expressed issues to management team several times and been just ghosted. Frank 57 is like the neglected little brother of the Durst community. I'm sure Via and the other ones are great if you can afford it. I would definitely not recommend anyone with real money ever consider living here. If you are looking for a mediocre experience and it's one of the few options that you have, sure, why not, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
