Riverwalk Crossing Luxury Apartments

Some of the reviews are not real. Someone mentioned the building having a new lounge, and it does not. The lounge has been the same for almost a decade, and it's very evident with the staining on the couches and carpet. It's outdated. This building does not meet my expectations. The price is high and the opportunities are low. The amenities are no good and everything is breaking down, if it isn't already broken. The building has constant plumbing issues. Don't be surprised if maintenance needs to come into your apartment due to a faulty pipeline. There is also an issue with silverfish. You may need to request an exterminator several times. Management is not reliable. The assistant manager Latifa is not responsive, and has an attitude when she does decided to respond. She would rather sit in her office and eat all day instead of do her job. As someone else mentioned, the staff at the front desk and the porters are very nice. They will always greet with a smile, and try to help you.
