        This place was home to my wife and I for 3 years. Its the best kept secret in Manhattan. Great building and the staff is lovely. They were like a family for us, and we will miss them dearly. If youre thinking about moving here, do it. And if you can get one of the south facing apartments on a higher floor youll be getting some of the best views in the city.

        I have been a tenant at this building for two years and I found the staff in the building and  in the main office to be very professional and helpful. They are extremely responsive.
