Overall: Its not a terrible place to live, but expected better for the price. Id give it 2.5 stars if that were a rating option google provided (3 stars seems a bit generous). Pros: Close to Trader Joes and the subway. Good restaurants nearby. Cons: Very very thin walls, so your experience living here will depend significantly on whether you have reasonable neighbors. You cant do much about the hallway noise though; that affects all units, and from what I hear its worse for units near the elevator. The building is located right next to the Williamsburg Bridge, so A LOT of traffic noise comes through CLOSED windows even at the higher floorsmotorcycle noise at midnight is frequent and brutal. Management doesnt seem to be on top of things (e.g. ignoring some of the terms in the lease; make sure you confirm everything before signing) and takes a while to respond. Had two separate building-wide water outage incidents that lasted for around 2 days each, and they left residents hanging re what was going on or when things would be fixed. Other info: amenities (gym, lounge, grill, rooftop, kids playroom) are charged separately, and the gym is super small and so can get crowded easily.
