        Do not ever rent a unit in this building! The units and building are falling apart and the super (Hector) does not do anything instead he just closes repair requests. The management covers up for him but my unit is falling apart due to the negligence of the super. The building has huge plumbing issues, water leaks, floor damage etc. In addition, the building is often dirty and barely cleaned. Take your business elsewhere.

        Dont rent an apartment at this building the super here is extremely lazy the property manager doesnt know how to manage a building building is dirty on the inside etc ect

        Terrible, they have employees who mistreat members of the public, some are even thieves stealing people property on a public sidewalk in front of this building. Management needs to seriously address this disgusting behaviors. SHAMEFUL
