Good to rent but dont buy. Cracks on multiple walls but the sponsor only fixed once (you can easily see a large one on the floor of package room), I had my bedroom without power in any outlet(7 outlets) and nobody would take that responsibility, bath tub damaged with scratches/dents. A lot of units have A/C leaking/dripping problems. The unfurnished floor is hard to maintain as well.
