1. No heat in the winter in the apartment. It is always freezing cold. Every unit in the building is complaining yet the management gives no heat.
2. Right on the street - very loud traffic noise (ambulances, police cars, fire trucks...)
3. Very expensive laundromat options nearby
4. No good grocery stores nearby. Inconvenient!
5. Lose packages sometimes, which never happens to me elsewhere.
6. When something is broken in the apartment, the super doesnt help fix the problem quickly. Not helpful at all.
7. Outside of the building on the stairs, theres always garbage, human feces, and urine.
Avoid this building! Thiss a very old and outdated building. It needs renovation and not worth the price.
