DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If I could rate this place zero stars I would because honestly one star is being generous when rating it. Ive lived here for a year and have had nice in my apartment, homeless men sleeping in the hallways, water damage in my bedroom ceiling which resulting with the roof caving in and leaking/pieces falling onto me in my bed. Each of these issues has occurred several times. When Ive reached out the management, they are RUDE, they ignore you, and do not address the problems. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Currently live here and management will not communicate. Our gas has been out for a month so we do not have a working stove or oven- no one has communicated with us about this. Cant even get an email back from Latif.

I lived in this building for 12 months. The management gives NO communication whatsoever. They will take weeks to come out and fix basic things that are in the lease as their responsibility to fix. The management team is disrespectful and makes it clear that all they care about is your money coming through, not about the quality of living experience. Its absolutely freezing in the apartment in the winter (often times our water would turn to ice) and its burning hot in the apartments in the summer, there is no effective heating or ac. There are always rats in the hallways & in front of the building. The laundry in the basement will make your clothing come out dirtier than it went it.

DO NOT LIVE HERE... I don't even know where to start. Apartments and common areas are disgusting and management is terrible. My mom sent me cookies once and they were eaten by a rat in the package room, and management did nothing besides lie and say they would get an exterminator (see attached pictures of my package). I had a package that was confirmed delivered by Amazon but no where to be found in the package room and management said its not their responsibility. The package room was actually robbed once and people had their packages stolen, and they weren't able to figure out who it was (guess the cameras are just for show). Lots of roaches, found roaches crawling around in my dishwasher on multiple occasions. Additionally, I would say the water is actually hot about 65% of the time, many cold showers here. The only good thing about this place was Danny the super, he's pretty helpful.
